Our Programme
We office a range of meaningful programmes and supports through a timetable of activities onsite, online and in the community. The aim of the programme is to support each individual to set and achieve their own personal gaols.
The programme focuses on the individual strengths and needs in the areas of:
- Life Skills
- social skills
- Community integration
- Health and wellbeing
- Vocational and employment options
Please note this is a full time requirement Monday to Friday for the next 3 months, which you must be available for.
